Lessons are available for beginners of all abilities, or part trained. We also offer tuition for those who have previously driven overseas and refresher courses for those already qualified.
You can start learning to drive on or after your 17th birthday.
It is recommended that your lessons run concurrently with your Theory Test training to add to the understanding of the Theory Test syllabus. Your Theory Test pass certificate is valid for 24 months after passing the test.
The Highway Code is the source material for learning the rules of the road and should be learned thoroughly during the early stages of practical tuition.
Learning to drive isn’t just about passing your test – although many do see that as the end game.
You will be learning a skill for life – a skill that will serve you in many facets of your life going forward.
People learn at different rates depending on many things – frequency of lessons, and ability to assimilate new skills and techniques among them.
DVSA suggest that the “average” person learning the full syllabus will require a minimum of 40 hours professional tuition with plenty of private practice, but ultimately we are all individuals who learn at our own pace.

Yes. The price per lesson reduces according to the number of lessons pre-paid.
It is a requirement of the DVLA that your driving licence shows your current home address – primarily so that you can be easily contacted should the need arise.
